Use this service only for content you own or have permission to download. You are responsible for checking applicable law, creator permissions, and platform terms. Do not use the service to bypass access controls or obtain private content.
Service availability and output
Downloads are subject to source availability and provider capabilities. Resolution labels describe requested output and do not guarantee a particular result. The service may be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn. Public video downloads are limited to available MP4 sources, a maximum of 100 MiB per file, and two minutes of processing.
Prohibited conduct
Do not overload the service, automate abusive requests, submit malicious links, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Ownership and independence
Media remains the property of its respective rights holders. ClipHarbor does not transfer a license to downloaded material. TikTok and related marks belong to their owners; this project is independent.
Operator and applicable terms
This service operates under the ClipHarbor name. For questions about these terms or the service, email info@numbriv.com. These terms do not override rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
