Quick steps
- Copy the full public URL
Open the individual video in a browser and copy its tiktok.com/@creator/video/… address.
- Prepare the MP4
Paste the address, choose a source-quality option and tap Find video.
- Save and find the file
Tap Download video, wait for completion and check Safari Downloads or Files.
- Check Photos options
For a compatible video, inspect the Files share menu for an available save-to-Photos action.
Start with the full public video link
Saving a TikTok video on an iPhone involves two separate actions: finding an available MP4 source and saving that file to a location you can find again. ClipHarbor helps with the first action and provides a download button for the second. Its main purpose is to request a version without a platform watermark when the source makes one available. It does not edit marks out of frames. Begin with a video you own or have permission to save, and keep the creator's conditions with your copy.
Open the public video in a browser and copy its complete address. The supported shape is https://www.tiktok.com/@creator/video/123, with your video's actual creator name and numeric identifier. A profile address or a short share address is not the same thing. If the share menu gives you a shortened link, open it in your browser first and copy the final video address. You do not need to sign in to ClipHarbor, enter a TikTok password, or install a profile on your phone.
Find an available MP4
Paste the full address into the downloader. The Paste link button asks the browser for clipboard access; if that is blocked, press and hold in the input and choose Paste instead. Select Best available to request the highest suitable combined video-and-audio source. The numbered choices cap the source height in pixels. They do not improve a low-resolution recording, and a portrait video's reported height should not be confused with a landscape HD label.
Tap Find video once and wait for the result. ClipHarbor allows up to two minutes of processing and rejects files larger than 100 MiB. Keeping the page open lets you see the result. Repeatedly submitting the same request does not increase the available source quality and can run into technical rate limits. If the page reports that the source is unavailable, first check whether the original still opens publicly on TikTok rather than changing unrelated Safari settings.
Save the result to Files
When the result is ready, review the reported source height and tap Download video. Depending on your browser and settings, you may see a download confirmation or a video preview. Follow the browser's download control. ClipHarbor cannot choose a destination on your behalf or silently write a file into your photo library. A success message on the website means a temporary download is prepared; it does not mean your phone has already stored the complete video.
In Safari, look for the download indicator near the address field, or open the Files app and check Downloads. The location may be in iCloud Drive or On My iPhone, depending on your Safari preferences. If you use another browser, start with its download list. Apple documents the Files Downloads folder as the place to find internet downloads. Search for the MP4 filename if you have changed the default destination. Check that the file finishes downloading before leaving the page or switching networks.
Move a compatible video to Photos
Files and Photos are different libraries. Finding a video in Files is a successful download even when it does not appear in your camera roll. Open the MP4 in Files and look in the share menu for an option to save the video to Photos. The exact action depends on the iOS version, file compatibility and available apps. If the option is absent, keep the original in Files and check that it plays before trying another transfer method.
Do not install an unknown application or grant broad photo-library access simply because a page promises a one-tap camera-roll shortcut. The website only needs a public video address. If you decide to import or edit a file, consider what permission that separate app requests. Moving the file into Photos also does not remove a creator's rights or extend a music license. Keep the original file until you have checked that the imported copy has sound, the expected orientation and the full ending.
Handle expired links and interrupted downloads
A ClipHarbor download link lasts ten minutes. This limits how long the server keeps a prepared file; it is not a timer on a copy already saved to your phone. If you return later and the link no longer works, submit the original public video address again. Do not bookmark the temporary file link as your archive. Keep the completed MP4 locally, along with the source URL and any permission you obtained.
If Safari shows a partial or failed download, check available device storage, the network connection and the browser's download list. Avoid starting several copies while a large transfer is still active. A different quality option helps only when the source offers a smaller compatible MP4. ClipHarbor does not transcode a file into every advertised size. If the source provides no suitable version under the selected cap, the request can fail rather than generating an upscaled or invented file.
Check the copy before sharing it
Play the saved video from beginning to end. Confirm that audio is present, check the visible corners and opening frames for marks, and compare the content with the original. Extractor metadata is not a frame-by-frame watermark inspection. A file not labeled as watermarked can still contain a creator's own logo, text or a watermark introduced during editing. ClipHarbor does not crop these away or replace them with a claim of guaranteed removal.
For help, include your browser name, the stage that failed and any visible error when emailing support. Never include your TikTok password or private account information. The related troubleshooting guide explains which failures come from the link, the original video and the transfer itself. The quality guide explains portrait dimensions. Use the downloader again only for content you are authorized to save, and keep a local backup rather than relying on a temporary link.

Does the download go straight to Camera Roll?
Not necessarily. Start with Safari Downloads or Files. A compatible file may offer a save-to-Photos action in its share menu.
Can it remove marks already in my video?
No. The tool requests sources not labeled as watermarked; it does not edit baked-in marks.
What if the link expires?
Submit the original public video URL again. Prepared links last ten minutes.
